Aden hosts the annual meeting of heads of sports federations

The Yemeni Federation for Deaf Sports participated with the heads of the general sports federations in the annual meeting headed by Mr. Nayef Al-Bakri, Minister of Youth and Sports in Aden, and in the presence of some members of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors of the Yemeni Olympic Committee. In the meeting, the Minister welcomed this attendance, stressing the importance of gathering the leaders of sports work in the country to discuss many issues related to the activities of the federations and their plans for the next year 2023 AD and their annual reports, as well as the annual subscriptions of the federations in the Arab, continental and international federations, stressing the Ministry's keenness on the meat of sport and sparing it everything that disturbs its peace and that the leadership Sports attaches most of its attention as a meeting place for all the youth of the country.

Al-Bakri renewed his support for all sports federations and their local and foreign plans and activities, calling on everyone to hold activities and competitions regularly and not to be limited to specific governorates or a specific geographical area, so that it reflects positively on the level of participation in external participations, and for external participations to pass through official frameworks.

He also expressed the ministry's readiness to pay all annual subscriptions to Arab, continental and international federations.

The heads of the federations also praised the positive step of the ministry in bringing together the leaders of the federations from all parts of Yemen, considering that this is an important step that the ministry has achieved and is in line with the national role it plays.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Youth, Munir Al-Wajih, the Ministry's advisor, Mr. Abdul Hameed Al-Saeedi, and the Undersecretary, Dr. Azzam Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Sports Sector: Khaled Al-Khulaifi, and a number of ministry officials.
