After four days of intense competition, the curtain falls on the second championship for the Sun in shooting from August 26 to 30 under the patronage of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the Sports Sector, Mr. Ali Hadban, and the Undersecretary of Hodeidah Governorate for the Services Sector, so that the crowning of the women's competitions with the first place cup for rifle shooting goes to the shooter Bayan Abdullah Al-Ahdal from the Deaf Sports Center in Hodeidah Governorate, while the shooter Hanan Yahya Zuber came in second place from the Hodeidah Deaf Association as well. While the men's competitions with rifles resulted in the victory of the player Iskandar Abdul Rahman Shamsan Al-Hammadi from the Deaf Sports Club in the Secretariat, so that the silver in second place goes to the player Yasser Nasser Saleh Hazaa from the Deaf Association in Mahwit, while the player Hazaa Abdo Muhammad Al-Shafiri from the Deaf Club in the Secretariat got the third place. In the pistol shooting competition, the first place went to player Tariq Abdul Hakim Al-Danani from the Deaf Sports Center in Al-Hodeidah Governorate, followed by Ghamdan Mansour Abdo March from the Deaf Sports Center in Taiz in second place, while third place went to player Younis Abdul Karim Ahmed Naji from the Deaf Sports Center in Ibb Governorate. It is worth noting that the honoring ceremony for the champions that brought the curtain down on this championship confirmed through the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth Hadban a lot of support that enables the deaf to exercise their legitimate right to sports and raises the skills of the players and at the same time confirms the feelings of the one Yemeni homeland that does not accept division or partition into two, and the presence of the governorates of Yemen is nothing but evidence that refutes all the projects of the delusional. The words of Captain Ahmed Al-Qamrai, President of the General Federation of Deaf Sports, Ghamdan Shamsan, President of the Deaf Association in Hodeidah, and Ziad Jabali, President of the National Federation of Associations for the Disabled, Hodeidah Branch, emphasized the distinction enjoyed by sports for the disabled internally and externally, and the importance of increasing support for sports in the future due to its ability to reduce the exacerbation of the disability rate and take the hand of the disabled to the ranks of honor that presents all those interested and the country as a whole to the platforms of honor. Professor Ibrahim Muhammad Jahaf also confirmed that the championship is the second championship held in Hodeidah Governorate at the level of the Republic, and that the distinction and minds of the deaf have proven that they are capable of all fields by achieving successful goals in the first shooting shots, and they can participate in external championships with all merit.
