The Asian Deaf Federation held its 13th General Conference, a broad meeting in which it discussed its practical program and activities during the past period and reviewed its achievements over 4 years. The meeting lasted from 9 am on Sunday until 6 pm.

The annual financial report was also discussed and won the vote, while the Sultanate of Oman submitted a request to join the Asian Federation, which was presented to the General Assembly and a unanimous vote was taken to accept the membership of the Deaf Federation in the Sultanate of Oman in the Asian Federation.

The Russian Federation of the Deaf also submitted a request to join the Asian Federation after its withdrawal from its membership in the European Union and its desire to join the Asian Federation. After arduous deliberations, objections and divisions on how to accept and some hesitating to vote, the Asian Federation of the Deaf decided to postpone the approval for a while until it could communicate with the International Federation of Sports for the Deaf about Russia's membership in the Asian Federation, taking into account the concerns of some countries.

After that, the Indian Federation of the Deaf submitted a request to hold the Asian Table Tennis Championship in 2026 in India, confirming its full readiness for the championship and arranging it in advance. After a discussion, it voted unanimously to accept holding the Asian Table Tennis Championship in India.

The Asian Federation of the Deaf also discussed many of the sports problems and issues raised by the federations of the participating countries and pledged to address what was possible. At the end of the meeting, it was decided to complete The rest of the agenda items for the second day, Monday, December 2, and holding new elections for the management of the Asian Federation of the Deaf to elect the president, the secretary general, and the rest of its board of directors

The Yemeni Federation of the Deaf also put forward many proposals and treatments aimed at developing the Asian Federation of the Deaf in a way that serves the peoples of Asia for the deaf
